Join Detachment 165
We accept applications on a rolling basis for each academic semester. Complete the New Student Packet below and email the completed packet to recruiting@afrotc.gatech.edu.
Take the AFOQT
The Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT) is required for cadets pursuing a commission. Study materials are available, but only active cadets in Detachment 165 may register.
Schedule TBAS Exam
The Test of Basic Aviation Skills (TBAS) is used to assess pilot aptitude. Current cadets at Detachment 165 may take the exam on-site by scheduling with the recruiting team.
